My Second Day In Gwangju

I started my day with a brief orientation hosted by the International Students Advisor.
The one standing in the middle with the pink coat is our
friendly, kind, helpful and efficient International Student Advisor.

I am placed in this building, the Samsung Building they called.
I am under the Environmental Science and Engineering Department.

The environment here is very ideal for research and studies.
Visit http://www.gist.ac.kr/english/03_admissions/sub_01.php

for information regarding admission.

They welcome international students from all over the world.

My multinational (Korea,Malaysia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand) lab mates. Thank you Anne (pink blouse standing front row most left) for treating us lunch.
They are really nice people, very friendly.

I had dinner at this Mc Donald's like place. This is Bulgogi Steak Burger.
Wikipedia: Bulgogi
Bulgogi (pronounced [pulɡoɡi] in Korean), a variety of barbecued beef,
is one of Korea’s most popular meat dishes

Back on the day of departure.
